Philosophy & CSR
The idea for
was born during our
academic research, where we discovered a major loophole in the food supply chain: tons of nutrient-rich mushroom
stems are discarded daily simply because of their shape.
Driven by our background in food biotechnology and the circular economy, we headed to the lab to find a solution. Through controlled fermentation, we managed to upcycle these undervalued stems, combining them with chickpea flour to create a high-protein, gluten-free snack.
